No. We buy cars outright whether or not you take a lease. If you do lease with us, any equity goes straight against your due at signing, which is usually the most useful place for it.
Very common. We pay the lender directly and either apply the difference to your new lease or invoice you for negative equity. We will not roll negative equity into a lease without showing you exactly what it costs per month.
